1. Start with LAO. Call 1-800-668-8258 or review the official application options. Online applications are available only for certain circumstances; check LAO’s instructions before choosing that route.
2. Have your documents ready. LAO asks for documents about your legal case and proof of income, if you have income. Know the charges you face and keep any disclosure available.
3. Contact Stratton Law. If you have a certificate, tell us when you enquire. We will discuss whether its coverage and our availability allow us to take on your case.
