Preparing for a consultation from Mississauga

Legal Aid and representation
We accept eligible Legal Aid Ontario certificates, subject to coverage and availability. If you have a certificate, tell the office when you enquire. If you have not applied, our Legal Aid page explains where to find official application information.
Before your next appearance
Keep copies of your paperwork, note the listed date and attendance instructions, and seek advice about any conditions you do not understand. Avoid assuming that your first appearance is a trial date or that your lawyer can attend in your place without first confirming the arrangement.
